It was 5th day of our tour
dt 4th April 2019

Early morning we were picked up from our cruise ship to the west bank of the Nile River at Luxor.

We met with the expert pilot and ground crew of the Balloon.

They guided us about the safety briefing and we 26 heads stepped inside the balloon’s sturdy basket with our pilot.

There were four Ovens and two gas cylinders to fly the bright colored balloon into the blue sky for 50 minutes.

It was a thrilling experience with bird’s-eye view as the sunlight illuminates the temples and mountains below, gazed down over Karnak, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple and other monuments, and golden peaceful dawn.
We witnessed the first light illuminating the surrounding mountains and buildings of Luxor and captured those unforgettable scenes on camera.

Looked to the East to see the pillars of Karnak Temple greet the morning sun.
Then we  turn West to admire Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple cast in the glow of dawn .
Our cameras were clicking constantly during the Balloon Ride over Historic town of LUXOR to capture the unique angles of arial views of the RIVER NILE from 530 fit above.

Then, wind  float our balloon  over the Ramesseum, the impressive funerary temple of Pharaoh Ramses II, and gaze down at its pylons, statues and courtyards.
As we fly, a ground support van and crew  followed our balloon, and they were there when we landed. After a safe touchdown the helped us to come out of the basket and put our steps back to the land.There were also some armed force ready to ensure our security in that remote village area.
Really we felt good to see such protection and security by the local Police and Management Of Balloon' organization.

We  received our personal flight certificate .
Finally, drove back to our ship in time for breakfast.
